ETIQUETTE... Guidelines for your practice at Living Yoga

If you are new to the studio, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to
register and settle in.

If you are pregnant, have any injury or
have serious health concerns, please notify the instructor prior to
class.

Please remove your shoes before
entering the practice room (after beads).

Please refrain from wearing
fragrances, as some people are allergic to strong odors.

Avoid practicing on a full stomach.

Drink plenty of water before and after
class.

Reminder to turn off your cell phone.

Living Yoga provides mats at no charge,
however it is recommended that students make a commitment to their
practice by purchasing their own mat.
Self-awareness leads to attention to
detail and to the respect for the space and people around you. Thank
you for helping create a peaceful space for yourself and others in the
Living Yoga Community.
