"One of the things
I am so extraordinarily grateful for in my life and thankful for is
your studio and all of the teachers and all of the friends I've made
there. It is a home to me and I thank you so much."
-
"I just wanted to say thanks for the
awesome Sanskrit and chanting session course! I've been chanting the
Mantra for Wellbeing (my personal favorite so far) verbally as well as
in mind. I am so glad I went to your class. It’s definitely helping me
focus on every day scenarios as well. Strange how that it is
happening. This has been the missing link for me. All I can say is
WOW."

"So, it has now been at
least 100 years since I have seen you, but not more than a few days
since I have thought of you and your amazing yoga studio and family. I
thought I would take a moment to tell you, to make sure you know that
the time I spent at Living Yoga has truly touched my life and made a
lasting impression. It has been almost 5 years since I have
moved to the Seattle area and I have yet to find a more welcoming or
warm (emotionally, not physically J) studio in which to practice.
I tend to do more practice on my own, and the intensity comes and goes
depending on time availability – I now have a toddler in my world (see
attached). But every time I practice I use what you taught me and
helped me to learn on my own. So – in brief, thank you thank you
thank you for what you brought to my world and practice of yoga."

"Exploring
the path of yoga thru the Yoga New Hampshire Develop Your Practice
program has been tremendous. I have to admit, I wasn't sure why I was
drawn to it initially. I think it was a question for me more than
anything. What IS this mysterious magic that happens through the
practice of yoga? I am very happy
to say that I still don't know the answer to the question. In the last
year and a half, I've seen that living this practice called yoga is an
answer of sorts, an answer which never concludes or completes
something the way you might initially expect. Great! If you have this
same sense of sincere curiosity about yoga, I invite you to consider
joining the group, to connect with others who will share this interest
with you, to actively explore this wonderful tradition, and perhaps to
even hear the call to teach someday!"

Thank you for an
amazing 4 days. It was a life-changing experience for me ~ far beyond
anything I expected. The community you have created is warm and
inviting. I am so grateful to have found Living Yoga. Can't wait for
the next session! Peace"
-
"Thank you! I am
still on a 'high' today - yesterday's workshop was fantastic."
-
"I absolutely enjoyed
the yoga class last night. When I walked out of there I felt so
relaxed. I love the way you explain the posture and how we
benefit from it - I learned a lot.
-
"I am exhausted, but
living in the delicious glow of this weekend. What a gift."
-
"Thanks again for being a wonderful teacher
who has inspired me to wish to continue my practice no matter where I
go!"
-
"Yoga in Seattle has
been good, but it's made me appreciate just how awesome you and all
the Living Yoga teachers are and how fantastic your studio is."
Student who moved to Seattle, WA.
-
"I have been to lots
of yoga studios in Wisconsin, Philadelphia, Connecticut, and Brooklyn
and Living Yoga stands out as being the most pleasant and
community-feeling of all. Thanks for that!"
-
"The community you
have created is warm and inviting. I am so grateful to have found
Living Yoga."
-
"I really enjoyed your
classes and the entire experience at Living Yoga. I have been to
many, many different studios and I felt the most welcome at yours."
Student who moved to Idaho.
-
"I love it at Living
Yoga - it's so safe, friendly and energetic!"
-
"Just wanted to drop
you a quick note to say how much we enjoyed last night's class. It
was a perfect end to a stressful week. I also wanted to mention that,
as a teacher, I appreciate and learn from good teaching, and that is
something I consistently find in your classes. Concord is lucky to
have what you have created."
-
Living Yoga is the
best place that I have found to practice yoga. Maybe I am just being
picky, but this search compares to replacing a home!
-
"The first thing that
stood out for me about Living Yoga is the sense of community you have
fostered at the studio. Nice work, truly. The feeling conveyed to me
was that Living Yoga offers a supportive and safe environment to
practice and study something so dear to me."
-
"I am so happy and
feel very grateful to have met you - your studio is exactly what I was
looking for, as I continue along my life path."
-
"I wanted to tell you
how much Living Yoga meant to me for a certain time period in my
life. When I moved to Concord for that one month, my new relationship
was bringing me such happiness, but I was having a lot of trouble
feeling all fish-out-of-water and adjusting to a very new life. I
didn't know anyone in Concord, our place was temporary and not very
home-y, and I felt strange, isolated, and kinda holgram-ish. Finding
Living Yoga was a gift for me. You were always so very welcoming,
and your studio was warm, inviting and a perfect respite from a very
chaotic life. Your excellent teaching also helped me take my practice
to the next level. Sometimes in meditation, teachers talk about
directing students to their personal 'safe' places. And Living Yoga
is literally one of those havens for me. "
