Living Yoga ethics of teaching
yoga
Ethics – a set of principles of right conduct.
Integrity – steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethic code.
Morals – conforming to standards of what is right or just behavior.
As teachers it is our responsibility to
provide a safe, nurturing environment for students to practice yoga so
they are comfortable with the transformations (mind, body, spirit) that
organically occur throughout their months/years of yoga practice. It is
important that teachers have a high degree of integrity and maintain
clear boundaries in their role of mentor, facilitator and helper, which
can be achieved by working towards consistent behavior as related to:
Living Yoga's Philosophy/Mission
