Whether you are an athlete, an outdoor enthusiast or someone who works out at the gym –
a regular yoga practice will help you integrate the mind-body-spirit connection.


Cross training is necessary for all athletes especially if they do the same exercises using the same
muscle groups over and over again. The benefits of combining yoga with your sport include: increased
flexibility and range of motion, increased core strength and improved balance. Additionally, deep,
relaxed breathing is the foundation of reducing performance anxiety and improving concentration for
increasing your success in your chosen physical activity. This class will offer high and low intensity
levels to suit your need's and yes you will feel like you just had a workout!
