TINA POIRIER, RYT

Tina believes we are all perfect just the way we are.  We should not allow society to place expectations on what we should be, other than the beautiful people we are...people of all shapes, sizes and personalities.  Tina also believes that practicing yoga on and off the mat contributes to a respectful valuing of self, and when we feel better about ourselves, we have more to give our family, our friends, and our communities.
 

Tina has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and teaching for more than 3 years.  She has been teaching fitness classes (including Spinning) for 15 years and is a triathlete currently interested in running half marathons.  Her fitness experience is a wonderful complement to her yoga classes, because she brings a knowledge of anatomy as well as the ability to motivate students to experiment with new levels in their practice. 
 
Tina is proud to be a part of the Living Yoga Community and we are happy to have her as part of our amazing team of teachers.  Tina lives yoga off the mat with her husband, John, and their three beautiful, soulful children ~ Jack, Delaney and Gracie.
